Behind The Finance Boss

A little bit about myself and why I started The Finance Boss... 

I have come a long way from financial disaster to starting my own business. After college, I became homeless, jobless, and had plenty of credit card and loan debt. I was lucky enough to have become friends with someone that was able to take me in and help me get a job.

Even though I was trying to save money, I knew I had to do something about my credit score if I eventually wanted to get my own apartment. So I was able to raise my score (by not applying for any new accounts and starting to make small payments to creditors) and get my first apartment.

Shortly after, I totaled my car and did not know if I was going to get approved anywhere to purchase a used car. This was my first time doing actual car shopping. Luckily that friend I told you about was able to point me in the direction of a dealer that approved me without a co-signer. Sounds good until you see the interest rate.

I found myself interested in the credit repair business to help myself but I thought it would be awesome if I could help other people with their credit. I became involved in different credit repair groups and continued to learn more about the industry and ways to benefit others. So I created The Finance Boss while beginning to repair my own credit report.

The Finance Boss is a small business that strives to help people improve their credit the same way I improved mine. We provide financial education resources and encourage clients to stay up to date.
