Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Finance Boss takes our clients’ concerns and customer satisfaction seriously. If there is an issue that is not being addressed, please be sure to contact me by email, phone, or your client portal. I am always here to help and find a resolution. 

If you are still not 100% satisfied for any reason, you may cancel the services at any time. To cancel the service, please send an email to support@thefinanceboss.com.  

You may receive a full refund of the initial document processing fee by mailing us a signed Notice of Cancellation postdated within 3 business days of signing a service agreement.

If you cancel anytime after the first 3 business days, you may receive a partial refund which does not include the initial document processing fee. The partial refund includes the prorated amount of the monthly service fee.

All refunded payments will be processed within 10 days of the approved refund. We do not process any refunds for use of our affiliated credit monitoring service. We recommend you continue to use the credit monitoring service for your benefit.
